The First Tee


1.  What is the mission and purpose of the organization/charity funding the project?
Mission: to impact the lives of young people by providing educational programs that build character, instill life-enhancing values and promote healthy choices through the game of golf. 
Many Professional Golfers on both the PGA and LPGA tours work with the organization to be involved and grow the game to increase the upcoming of even more young generation golfers to be introduced to the game. As well as introducing them to the great game we call Golf, TFT also allows the participants to be introduced to values they can carry through the rest of their life whether it be on the course, in the classroom, or everyday life.   

2. Who are they trying to reach and why? (target audience, demographics)
    The target audience is the younger generation. Ages (7-18)

3. What is the primary purpose of the project? To educate? To train? Persuade? Inform? Raise money? Something else? (you can make this up - maybe your charity/organization has a special event coming up, or they just want to get their name out, etc)
Through after-school and in-school programs, The First Tee helps shape the lives of young people from all walks of life by reinforcing values like integrity, respect and perseverance through the game of golf. And it’s making a difference. Their research-proven programs are having a positive impact on participants, their families and their communities. 

4.  How will the project be deployed? Large window posters? Mass mailings? Table tents? 
The organization's main way of deployment is through their partners, as a result of this, it reaches out to millions of people through the resources of Live TV, Advertisements and Social media.

-Shell
-Johnson & Johnson
